1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the bjbaji7 live platform and its users. By using bjbaji7 live's website, mobile application or any other channel, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is entirely the member's own responsibility to keep their account secure. Sharing login details (username and password) with anyone, allowing others to use the account, or sharing access among multiple people is strictly prohibited.

Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported to the bjbaji7 live support team immediately. The platform is not liable for any loss resulting from a member's own negligence.

Members should use strong passwords, change passwords regularly, and avoid logging in from public devices or networks. It is the member's responsibility to log out of their account after each session.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bjbaji7 live currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Bank transfers are supported from major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Deposited funds will be credited only to the account in whose name the payment was sent. Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. Available withdrawal methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bjbaji7 live offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times — meaning a ৳1,500 bonus requires a total of ৳22,500 in bets.

Another example: a ৳6,800 deposit earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳11,800. The wagering requirement in this case is ৳5,000 × 15 = ৳75,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies once per account — the same bonus cannot be claimed multiple times by members of the same household, from the same device, or from the same IP address.
• Attempting to withdraw using bonus funds before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• There may be restrictions on which games or bet types can be used to meet wagering requirements; these will be stated in the promotional details.
• bjbaji7 live reserves the right to cancel or change any bonus offer.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended.

5.3 VIP Program

bjbaji7 live's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. A portion of net losses is returned as cashback each week — Bronze members receive up to 0.3%, Silver members up to 0.6%, Gold members up to 0.9%, and Platinum members up to 1.2% in weekly cashback. Higher betting activity moves members to higher tiers.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

bjbaji7 live reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet. A reference number will be provided for each successfully placed bet. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical error or disconnection, it will be considered void.

6.2 Settlement of Results

For sports betting including cricket and football, results are confirmed from internationally recognised sources. Casino game results are determined by the systems of established game providers. In the event of any dispute over a result, bjbaji7 live's decision is final.

6.3 Void Bets

If an event is cancelled or a result cannot be determined under the applicable rules, the original stake of the relevant bet will be returned to the member's account. If one selection in a multi-bet is voided, the remaining selections will continue to stand.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjbaji7 live platform and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or taking part in bonus arbitrage activities.
• Exploiting technical errors or software vulnerabilities.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour toward other members or staff.
• Colluding with any party to influence the outcome of a match.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by bjbaji7 live

bjbaji7 live may suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is a rule violation, suspicious activity or other sufficient reason. In such cases, the decision on returning any remaining balance will depend on the outcome of the investigation.

8.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may voluntarily close their account by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn at the time of closure; however, any bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement will be forfeited.

9 Personal Data and Privacy

10 Limitation of Liability

bjbaji7 live provides its services on an "as is" basis. bjbaji7 live does not accept liability for any loss caused by technical errors, server outages, internet issues or third-party software.

11 Changes to Terms
